This awesome session with Jovi and his owners took place a couple months ago at the awesome Lake Meridian Park! The skies were extra gray and daunting that morning, but we lucked out and the rain held off until the tail end of our session!
Whew! The last few weeks have been exhausting, but I’ve had the chance to meet many sweet pets including this little girl named Sasha:
I had a mini session with her and her owner Sheldon a couple weeks ago. We got some amazing variety in a short amount of time! Check out my favorite shots from the day:
Thanks again Sheldon & Sasha!
My bags are almost fully packed and I’m doing a little hula dance in anticipation of my flight this afternoon. I’ll be in Kauai watching two of my favorite people get married and it marks my 1st time being in a wedding as a bridesmaid instead of photographer. But who am I kidding…the camera is coming out immediately after the ceremony! I just can’t pass up the opportunity to photograph my gorgeous friends Negar & Adam on the beach, basking in the post “I do” glow.
The blog will be neglected this week, but I’ll be on Twitter every now and again to share photos (I’m really hoping to cross off a few more things on my list and I’m also hoping to meet a sweet little puppy or two –> any PaddyWag fans in Kauai that would want a couple pet pics while I’m there? If yes, shoot me an email at email@example.com).
So for now, aloha friends! See you in a week!
Here’s a sneak peek of little Bronx…
Happy Friday everyone!
I can’t believe this is the 3rd post in a row that features cats! Generally I get a mix of cats & dogs, but it must be kitten season in Seattle. 🙂
I went up to Everett yesterday to photograph this little sweetie:
She doesn’t have an official name yet, so for now her owners are calling her Baby Girl.
Not to be overshadowed, Baby Girl’s other house mates, Thriller & Kita, wanted to share the spot light.
One of my favorites of the day is this one of Thriller giving Baby Girl a little kiss:
While I was vacationing in Vancouver, BC for the Olympics, I had the chance to photograph two very adorable cats.
Sassy was so friendly and talkative while I was photographing her and she fell asleep in my lap on more than one occasion.
Abby was much more shy & reserved, but once she warmed up to me she didn’t want to leave my side.
Thanks again to Sassy & Abby for giving me plenty of kitty love & making me feel right at home in Vancouver.
Sweet, sweet Sammi.
She loves her blue ball, and her Momma…
She is so well trained and well mannered, we were able to do lots of fun (photo posing) things outside in the yard…
Sammi in the flowers, hamming it up…
I even had the chance to take a few ‘personal’ shots.
Thanks to Gayle and Sammi for such an easy-going shoot! 🙂
